EVENT CATERING
Locally Sourced Fine Food. Starting at $15 pp (minimums apply)
Mark's the Spot offers a complete range of catering services from
full-service sit-down affairs, and buffet or family-style, to finger foods and
passed appetizers. Because we work from a fully equipped, full-service, mobile kitchen on-site, our food
is prepared and served on-the-spot so its fresh and beautiful from the first plate to the last.
We work with our clients to create custom menus and service options for every event and can offer additional event planning assistance as needed.
Mark's the Spot can provide food and service ranging from intimate groups of 20 people to large-scale event catering for multi-day festivals and functions.
SERVICE OPTIONS
Our menus are based on fresh, seasonal and local ingredients with a
focus on flavor. Our mobile kitchen allows us to pull up anywhere, to
nearly any site, with everything we need. The truck itself is most often
out of site from guests for a more traditional event catering setting,
but it can also be part of the event.
Buffet
or Family Style
Food is served in a traditional buffet setting with servers replenishing
food on large platters, bowls and chaffing dishes. If you’re having a
more formal
seated affair, we can also provide “family style” dishes for the tables.
Passed
Tray Service
This is a great option for larger, more casual daytime and evening
events. All food is crafted to be eaten standing up as heavy appetizers
and finger foods. All
food is passed on white ceramic passed platters by catering staff.
From
the Truck
Food
is served from the truck. Sides can be served “buffet style” in chaffing
dishes
outside the truck for larger groups. This can be a fun and less
expensive option as no additional service, rentals or catering staff is
needed.
